Born and raised in upstate New York, I discovered my passion for track and field early in life. Training as a competitive hurdler taught me more than physical strength—it shaped how I approach challenges, both on and off the track. Being a college athlete instilled in me a mindset rooted in preparation, resilience, and controlled intensity—qualities that translate directly to the courtroom. As a hurdler, every race required laser focus, strategic execution, and the ability to respond swiftly to unexpected challenges without losing stride. Those same principles guide my work as a family law litigator. Litigation, like competition, is not won by chance—it’s earned through discipline, endurance, and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
This drive for excellence led me to the University of Rhode Island, where I earned a degree in business and served as team captain of the track and field team during my senior year. That experience sharpened my leadership, communication, and teamwork—tools that now empower me to guide clients through the emotional complexities of family law with confidence and clarity.
My legal journey began at Campbell Law School, where I embraced advocacy through mock trial and moot court competitions, refining my courtroom skills and ability to craft persuasive arguments. I also worked with the Blanchard Community Law Clinic, serving individuals who lacked access to legal representation—an experience that deepened my commitment to client-centered service and community impact.
From the track to the courtroom, I bring the same tenacity, preparation, and purpose to every challenge—committed to clearing each hurdle until we cross the finish line together.
