Several of the Charlotte family law attorneys at Sodoma Law regularly participate in the Domestic Court Bar Committee in Mecklenburg County. The Mecklenburg County Bar News recently reported that a Superior Civil Court Committee will be forming soon. This new committee will function similarly to the Domestic Court Bar Committee by working collaboratively with the Bar, Bench and Caseflow Management Division of the Trial Court Administrator’s Office. Issues to be addressed in the Committee include Scheduling Orders and Rule Revisions. The committee plans to meet quarterly.
