LGBTQ Workers Protected Under the Civil Rights Act

In what most believe is a long-overdue decision, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit ruled that the Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act does protect LGBTQ workers in the same manner that has protected from discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
