Victoria Mabry – Human Resources Manager
I am a native North Carolina resident. I grew up in a small country town in Gaston County. I received my human resource management degree from Central Piedmont Community College. During my time at Central Piedmont Community College I studied employee relations, employment law, benefits administration, effective recruitment and retention as well and the fundamentals of human resource management . I continue to expand my knowledge by being involved with SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
I have worked in business management and human resource management for the past 15 years. I have been involved in executive and senior level management for the majority of my career. I enjoy and I am passionate about personnel management. It is rewarding to know that you have been a part of coaching someone and helping them grow in their career. I am focused on the age old saying “there is no I in TEAM”. Sodoma Law embraces teamwork. I see the results of teamwork daily in our excellent work product and professional relationships.
I joined Sodoma Law in 2016. I received a warm welcome from the entire Firm. It is a wonderful feeling to come in to work daily and be surrounded by positive and creative thinkers. Every day I am appreciative to be part of Sodoma Law. I have the highest level of confidence that our team will provide caring, thorough and excellent service to our clients.
